Scentsy Review: The company

The company has been throwing out up the popularity maps since it’s lowly begins back in 2004 where they literally had all the product out back in a storage shed. Fast forward to 2010 Scentsy expanded to having more than 50 thousand consultants and 512 employees with a nearly 200, 000 rectangular foot facility to present their inventory.

Scentsy Review: The Leadership

The leadership is headed up by the owners Orville and Heidi Thomspon who implemented a three-point business strategy that drives everything Scentsy does which is simplicity, authenticity and generosity. To Thompsons, Generosity means “contributing more than you take, ” and their commitment to build the company around that philosophy has produced some remarkable results.

Scentsy Review: The products

Scentsy sells many different products but the one that wear them the map was their wickless candles. These candles, which are called Scentsy Bar or Scentsy Brick, is a highly fragrant wax tart bar that is very hot to produce aroma into the air. Because the wax tart is gently very hot rather than burned, it can hold more aroma oil over a traditional wax luminous. And, because there is no flare, there is no smoke, soot, or lead. Scentsy wickless candles are a safer alternative to traditional candles.

Now assuming you can sponsor people into your business, sell products and train your team members to do the same, you can build a great income with Scentsy.
